Overheard...

Savannah- "Mom, you know how we have a cap on our heads so we can't remember anything good?"

Me- "What do you mean you can't remember anything good?"

Camryn- "She means the sheet we have over our heads mom, you know so we won't know what it was like in heaven"

Savannah- "yeah, we have a sheet on our heads when we are babies, so we don't know about heaven and the burning with Satan and stuff"

Me- "you mean the veil?"

Savannah- "yeah, because they do it when we are babies so we don't know all the stuff that happens up there"

Me- "well, Heavenly Father makes it so we don't remember living with him because it is so amazingly wonderful that if we did remember we would want to go back so bad we would make all the right choices. We have to make good choices because it is the right thing to do. Heavenly Father gave us the veil for lots of reasons"

Savannah- "yeah, but mostly he put the sheet on us so that we wouldn't remember the fire with Satan"
