Birthday Week

I had a great birthday. Marshall took the day off. We leisurely read together in the morning after Marshall made us all breakfast, went to a movie, had a late lunch, played games with the girls and baked a cake, had a "movie night" (from 5-7 so they still could get in bed on time) and then watched "We are Marshall" together after the kids were in bed. Doing anything with Marshall would have made it a great day. The fun movies, Cafe Rio, reading and family time were icing on the cake (pun intended:) I appreciated all the wonderful cards from my wonderful friends. Marshall on the other had to work on his birthday and we just squeezed in a little party with his Mom after work. I definitely got the better of the two birthdays. I don't know why we forgot to pull out the camera and take pictures, so here are just some good recent pictures.

This picture make me think of some slick guy from New Jersey. "You talkin to me?"

Chancelor and his grandpa (Marshall's Dad)

Lana's cute boy Maddox. I love his chocolate brown eyes.

Savannah and I playing around in the front yard. She is hot and cold about me taking her picture, but she was cooperating today and I got some really cute ones.

We were trying something new with Savannah's hair. I was going for thick waves but it still ended up as tight and curly as ever. :)

Happy birthdays, anniversaries, and Thanksgiving!!

Adorable pics, as always...

How much time will she give you to do her hair? Because I have some tricks up my sleeve when it comes to curly hair. Let me know - I'd love to try them (or at least tell you about them).

Love you,
ash
